UA Thrive Hazing Prevention Program

This online course is required for all new and active members and the UA Greek community annually. The 2024 deadline for completion for active members is August 21, 2024. New Members must complete the assigned online hazing prevention education module within 48 hours of accepting a bid or attending an information meeting.

Reporting Hazing

  • EthicsPoint – EthicsPoint Hazing Reporting form allows for both anonymous and personally identifiable reports of Student Code of Conduct Violations.
  • Concerns can also be reported anonymously by calling the Navex toll-free hotline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-866-362-9476. The hotline is not a 911 or emergency service. Do not use the online reporting form or the toll-free number to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property.
